Dot Gang (P Dot, 3269 Chise, $ The Symbol, and Snatra 747) – F*ck A Demo Tape (New Music)

0 0

The Detroit Avengers have arrived! For those who have no idea what I’m talking about, Marvel’s Avengers is a group of comic book super hero’s who have been brought to the live movie audience and changed what’s considered RECORD BREAKING NUMBERS in film.

Dot Gang” comprises solo artist , Chise 3269, $ The Symbol, Snatra 747 & P-Dot. Each bringing a style and energy that blend effortlessly over a west coast bounce and vibe. The track selection music wise for this 4 song EP is perfect along with the vocal clips that set the mood and give this project a cinematic feel.

On “Fuck a Demo TapeP-Dot whom for Avenger purposes i would normally call a monster on the mic  with her  Hulk smash delivery , i have to say her contribution to this EP was more along the lines of Natasha aka Black Widow. P-Dot brought a assassins’ flow finessing one every track. Stand out verse for us here at DRAP has to be on Caprices, Cutlasses, Montees, & Regals.

If your familiar with Chise 3269 and his catalog you know that he has always sounded like he was born for this. Kinda like the Golden boy in the Avengers Iron Man. Gifted in technology Tony Stark has a genius yet sarcastic air about himself that lets you know from jump he is about his shit. Like Chise lyrically he makes rapping on the mic appear easy yet his honesty in his songs shows a complex individual behind the brand. Stand out verse from Chise: Put it on the floor

A true soldier out the streets $ The Symbol represents the struggle and the triumph that comes with living by the code and taking care of family and loved ones. Dot Gang’s Captain America $ the Symbol brings a strong yet fluid delivery with a real passion behind every punch. Speaking of punch this “Fuck a Demo Tape” EP is real music stating nothing but facts and life stories. Nothing gimmick wise with a bunch of punch lines, not to say they arent capable of doing that too. Stand out verse from $ The Symbol: Caprices, Cutlasses, Montees, & Regals

To our knowledge the latest member to the squad, Snatra 747 shines bright on “FUCK A DEMO TAPE” With precision in the pocket the smooth delivery and release like Hawkeye cant help but draw you in to Snatra’s butter flow. Looking forward to a solo project from Snatra 747. Stand out verse from Snatra 747: Original Sin.

With all this said the final track on the “Fuck a Demo TapeNEVA 4GET is a song that everyone shines like the final installment of the Avengers Infinity Saga END GAME. When i started writing this i hadnt thought about how i would wrap this up, and listening to the song i could hear dolla showing love to his mans Tony… Ironically it was a Tony Starks aka Iron man that gave his life for humanity, and the song Neva 4Get finds Snatra 747, Chise 3269, P-Dot and “$” sharing stories of a lost loved one.

This project will be on repeat for the foreseeable future. Do yourself a favor and take “FUCK A DEMO TAPE” for a spin.
